INTENSE AND SWEATY 4000 STEPS WALKING WORKOUT | STEP & SWEAT DAY 4
Day 4 of our step & sweat challenege and this one is guaranteed to make you sweat.
All of my walking workouts incorporate a lot of arm movements and this one is no exception.
This is still a workout guys and I want you to sweat and feel a little sore!
PLEASE NOTE- some smart devices won’t register some moves as steps, Single Leg Jack for example.
The timer is on for 50s and we have one 30s break right in the middle of this workout.
