It’s time! I am harvesting my first veggie garden. After all the hard work of establishing it Mid-Summer I am sharing everything that grew in our first garden. This is my first ever harvest, because as Sam and I have shared before, we have never had our own garden. I am thrilled with my first season harvest and everything I grew. For a new homestead and gardener our first garden was a major success. Today I am harvesting corn, beans and all my veggies, sharing lemons with my neighbours and attempting to cure olives. This vegetable garden harvest is on the beautiful south-coast, so our temperate Australian climate has been perfect for these vegetables. New videos every Wednesday and Sunday.
