Wang Yong Xiang, along with his brother, is a famous Yi Quan expert. Both of them followed their father, Wang Bin Kui and teachers such as Mao Zhong Xun and Li Yong Zong for over thirty years. He has developed a strong approach to getting Yi Quan skills. This initial presentation shows the range of exercises devoted to gaining a basic foundation in Yi Quan and increasing one’s vitality. Warm ups all relate to the material itself along with Chi Kung and Standing practices.
