Heart Meditation | 1 hour handpan music | Malte Marten

This is a very special moment for me. Back in December I went to California with a very close friend of mine and this travel turned out to be a journey back to myself. While they lost my handpan on the plane I got support from the very lovely community in LA, lending me a couple of beautiful handpans. This handpan in particular accompanied me through the days of self-discovery and healing. The song is an ode to myself, a reminder to stay in my heart and to be truly centered in my body.
