Hip Vinyasa Flow Day 85 Yoga Fix 90 with Lesley Fightmaster

Hip Vinyasa Flow focuses on opening the hips. We will warm up with some gentle hip openers and then we’ll heat the body with sun salutations. After we’re a little warm, we’ll focus on hip opening standing poses and we’ll slowly begin to open the hips more and more. Always work at your own pace and stay safe in your body.
