Temperatures drop, storm cycles come and go, the sun hides and the rivers freeze. The fickle mistress we call Mother Nature remains undefeated. But within this chaos lies our very existence as snowboarders. While each season seems to bring a host of new policies to the local mountain, an array of questionable tech jargon and a grip of fresh faces, change is the only constant. Since 2001, the only constant at the Rome Snowboard Design Syndicate has been passion. This insatiable hunger for all things snowboarding has fueled countless late nights, even more first cahirs and a bottomless supply of stoke. Fueled by passion, driven to create and stubborn as hell. We are the SDS and this is what courses through our veins. A storm is brewing. The winds of change are howling, the drifts are piling up and the roads are a mess.
