Today we archive a game that is very special to me for a particular reason. My real name is Max and when I was born I was gifted a book called “Max and the Maximonsters.“ Or as it is known in English: Where The Wild Things Are. I have always loved this book and own various copies of it in multiple languages. In 2009 a movie was made by Spike Jonze and to my surprise a game was made too. I never knew that a Where The Wild Things Are game existed until I recently started looking for older Xbox 360 games. There are multiple versions, but for this video and archive I managed to get a copy of the Xbox 360 version. We play as Max who arrives on a mysterious island inhabited by large creatures.
