hi babes! in this video i challenge myself to do 10 healthy habits everyday for a week straight! The habits included: waking up at a consistent time, not going on my phone for first 30 mins of my day, making my bed, meditation, journaling, drinking 2L of water, movement, cold showers, 10 minutes of cleaning and reading before bed. i hope you gain inspiration to practice healthy habits daily in your own life.
