03/22/2004, Crocus City Hall terrorist attack: in the first hours of the tragedy taxi drivers and concerned citizens of Moscow came to the scene to help the victims, free of charge, of course. People from nearby houses brought first aid kits for the wounded, hot tea for the policemen and emergency workers. In the following days there were long queues at blood donation points. First day: 2,712 donors, a ton of blood was collected from civil volunteers. People placed flowers and toys at a makeshift monument for the victims of the tragedy.
