Mr Curly & the Smoothie Straw

Linsey plays 2 self made instruments: “Mr Curly“ (a narrow bore contra-bass clarinet made from garden hose), and a Smoothie straw. He makes a soprano clarinet from the straw during the video. He uses a Boss RC505 Loop Station to loop these instruments along with vocal percussion and jaw harp. Mr Curly & the Smoothie Straw will be two of the 12 instruments featured in “Mrs Curly and the Norwegian Smoking Pipe“ - a CD / book featuring 12 of Linsey’s invented instruments, coming soon.
