Russia launches first air strikes on Syria

Russia and the United States have agreed to talks over Syria after Russia launched its first strikes on the country. Moscow says it targeted ISIL, but the US and NATO have expressed concerns over its real intentions. Al Jazeera’s Rosiland Jordan reports from Washington.
