El Niño Costume with lightning and real rain!

Part II: I made my daughter Zoey into El Niño! Well, I guess the spawn of El Niño would be the correct term. Since we live in California and all the talk is of El Niño bringing us record storms, I thought I’d make this costume. We had a lot of fun together making the cloud for her head. I used polyfill which is not flammable. It turned out to be a little too big for her little neck to support very good. Her head wobbled a bit. 98 LEDs and an arduino nano control the lightn
