Ukrainian air defense hit civilian infrastructure in Kiev Russia

Moscow has denied Kiev’s claims of targeting civilians, stating that recent rocket strikes on the Ukrainian capital and other cities were aimed at military bases and factories. According to the Russian Defense Ministry, any civilian casualties were caused by Ukraine’s own air defense rockets.
