She plays as a front-desk corner attack. Herbots followed sporthumaniora at the Vlaamme volleyball school, Vilvoorde’s top sports school, and was also active with this VVB team in the first national. At the age of 14, she moved to Asterix Kieldrecht in 2015. In 2015, she played with Young Yellow Tigers at the European women’s under-18 volleyball championship. The team won bronze.. In 2016, she switched to the Yellow Tigers and participated in the World Grand Prix and the qualifying matches for the EK 2017.
