Hello and welcome to Deepin Moments:Restrictions on fuel exports from Russia, the world’s largest exporter of marine fuels after the United States, have pushed up global prices and forced some buyers to scramble for alternative sources of gasoline and diesel. After the European Union banned Russian fuel imports because of Moscow’s actions in Ukraine, Russia shifted exports of diesel and other fuels destined for Europe to Brazil, Turkey, several North and West African countries, and the Gulf states in the Middle East. The Gulf States, which have their own large refineries, have re-exported fuel.
