Track 10 from his seventeenth solo album “Set the Twilight Reeling” released in 1996 copyright Sire Records. The song “Finish Line” was a tribute to Sterling Morrison, the Velvet Underground guitarist, who had died the year before. It was mostly well received by critics as another strong album.
