Plane crash at the Oroville Airport

A plane carrying 10 people crashed late Wednesday morning at the Oroville Airport in Oroville. The eight passengers and two pilots made it out if the plane safely, said Oroville Public Safety Director Joe Deal. Video contributed by John Cecil.
