Every one of us can make a difference to bring back nature and tackle climate change by taking small actions that add up to big changes. The Wildlife Trusts are excited to support communities to do just this with the launch of Nextdoor Nature - a grassroots programme of transformational micro-projects designed to help nature thrive, made possible thanks to £5 million of funding from the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
