The Prodigy - Live at the ROSKILDE FESTIVAL, Denmark - 2010 Saturday’s night party marked The Prodigy’s first concert at the animal scene since 1997, and it was immediately difficult to spot any developments in the trio’s universe, which tipped in with the screaming hypems Keith Flint and Maxim Reality, which despite age 40 and 43 still crash around as endocrine disrupted teenagers. Even though it was fun to jump into the pocket of time at times and be surprised by the electro-pointed classics “Breathe,“ “Smack My Bitch Up“ and “Firestarter,“ there was much more to come by in the earlier material. The Prodigy are an English electronic music band from Braintree, Essex, formed in 1990 by keyboardist and songwriter Liam Howlett. The line-up of the band has included MC and vocalist Maxim, dancer and vocalist Keith Flint (until his death in March 2019), dancer and live keyboardist Leeroy Thornhill (who left to pursue a solo career in 1999), and dancer and vocalist Sharky (1990-1991).
