The HORRIFIC Exhumation Of The Guards Of Bergen-Belsen Concentration Camp

Throughout the Second World War, there were many evil concentration camp guards who after the conflict were sentenced to death and were executed for their crimes. Bergen-Belsen Concentration Camp was known for it’s brutality and evil, and when it was liberated by the British, a number of SS guards were arrested and were then brought to trial. Many of these including Josef Kramer, (’The Beast of Belsen’) Elisabeth Volkenrath and Irma Grese were then condemned for their evil, as they had also worked at other camps including Auschwitz. But the executions of the guards of Bergen-Belsen took place inside of Hamelin Prison, with the British executioner Albert Pierrepoint being the man who operated the gallows. But then years after these guards were then dug up from inside of the prison, and they were exhumed before they were re-interred in a nearby cemetery. But this action did cause a lot of problems.
