Vide (US) - S/T (Compilation 2006)

A compilation from this very short-lived Black Metal duo from Golden, Colorado. A project which lasted only 1 year, releasing 5 demos and this compilation, which gathers 3 of them. Not to be confused with the other Vide act, from Louisiana. This act plays a rather lo-fi form of Black Metal, combining various styles, from Xasthur-ian Depressive soundscapes, to more melodic blizzard like riffage not unlike the BBH or Angkor Vat, to more frantic, stygian chaos following the lines of early 00s Raw Black Metal.
