1. Water 260mls
2. Beetroot - 4 tablespoons of grated or sliced beetroot
3. Sesame seeds - 2 tablespoons
4. Raisins - 2 tablespoons
5. Raw Honey - 3 to 5 tablespoons
Frequency of using: 1 Cup at once, twice a day for 12 to 14 days.
