Goblet Alternating Back Lunge-8 each side Good Morning-8 Kneeling Clean-6-8 each side Windmill-5 each side Explosive Pushups-MAX -30 seconds between exercises -2 minutes between sets Try to use the HEAVIEST kettlebell you can. This session will get you STRONG!
