India Dismisses Report Claiming “Secret Memo“ Targeting Khalistani Terrorist; “Fake & Fabricated...“ India has outrightly rubbished a report that claims a “secret memo“ was sent by New Delhi to its consulates in North America to launch a crackdown against Sikh diaspora groups. The report mentions alleged lists of several Sikh dissidents under investigation by India and included the name of Canadian citizen and Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar. India has denied the report calling it fake and fabricated.
