- From the harvested berries of grapes you need to get juice, which will be the basis of the future drink (“wort“). - The resulting pulp is placed in a stainless bowl and covered with gauze or a loose lid. Place in a warm place with a temperature of 18-20 degrees Celsius for 1-3 days, until a rapid fermentation begins.
