ieat learns to cook Chashu Ramen

Chashu Ramen is currently enjoying a lot of popularity in Singapore. In the fourth part of our Japanese Cooking Series, Chef Tom shows us a simple way of making Chashu Ramen at home. If you don’t have a pressure cooker, just cover the meat with water (as opposed to halfway for the pressure cooker way) and cook on medium heat for 1.5 hours.
