Ingredients:
yeast - 8 g ( oz)
sugar - 10 g ( oz)
warm milk - 200 ml ( fl oz)
warm water - 100 ml (3.4 fl oz)
oil - 30 ml (1 fl oz)
egg white - 1 piece
flour - 600 g ( oz)
salt - 10 g ( oz)
TO LEAVEN 40 minutes
TO LEAVEN 10 minutes
for the filling:
hard cheese - 200 g (7 oz)
melted butter - 50 ml (⅕ cup)
Tray size 35 X 40 cm (14 x 16 in)
TO LEAVEN 10 minutes
yolk - 1 piece
sesame seeds - 10 g ( oz)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/40 minutes
for the sauce:
yogurt - 200 g (7 oz)
cucumber - 1 piece
salt - 7 g ( oz)
lemon juice - 10 ml ( fl oz)
dill - 40 g (1.4 oz)
