After being poisoned, the mother dog spent her last breath pleading with me to save her puppies.

When we found Luna, my heart broke. She was a mother of six newborn puppies, and while she was trying to find food, someone poisoned her. They put poisoned food under a car where she gave birth, trapping our girl and causing her to eat it. A young boy discovered Luna in a very dangerous situation, so he waited until the old man who had left the food had left and called us. We arrived as quickly as we could, and although Luna was breathing heavily, she still raised her head to plead for her babies’ lives. Our vet gave her an emergency shot to save her life, bringing her into our shelter and reunited her with her babies.
