A Massive 500 Gallon Cichlid Tank!

Today’s video is a local fish store tour in Washington, D.C., where we highlight a 500 gallon cichlid tank, some beautiful cichlid stocking options, and some rare fish. The fish store is Nova Tropicals in Dale City, VA, just outside of DC. We really enjoyed seeing the amount of cichlids available, as well as a clean and well managed store. We loved seeing all of the different cichlid tanks, but even more - we enjoyed getting to know Mike and sharing his inspiring story. Like many other first responders or service members, Mike dealt with combat issues, PTSD, and trauma, and his fish room and aquariums gave him a valuable outlet and positive hobby to improve his well being and mental health.
