The Islamic Resistance in Iraq, a coalition of Iran-backed armed groups, has claimed to have targeted Israel’s naval facility after announcing the start of the 2nd phase of war against Tel Aviv. Israel’s Zevulun naval facility near the port city of Haifa was targeted with a drone by the militant group. The Iran-backed group also targeted six American bases in Iraq and Syria.
