Title: “Olympia, London. OLD JOE. Life Guards’ Veteran White Charger - reprieved by the King - will his end his days in paddocks of Windsor Castle“. M/S of a man dressed as Charles II riding a white stallion (Old Joe) past a troop of Cavaliers standing out a castle. C/U of ’Charles’ on Old Joe and another Cavalier also on horseback. Note: shots are taken from earlier 1926 Pathe Gazette story - IN THE DAYS OF CHARLES THE SECOND in G 1312 (see separate record for details). The men are rehearsing for the Royal Tournament.
