[International Guest Lecture] Harmonization of Transnational Business Law, with Japan’s perspectives

Professor Souichirou Kozuka, a Ph.D. (in law) from Tokyo’s Gakushuin University, has shared his thoughts on the harmonization of transnational corporate law from a Japanese perspective. There are various impediments to transnational business law harmonization, including disparities in each country’s legal systems and political issues.
