Kevin OAK 840 Lb TrapBar Deadlift

This exercise is working out well as an assistance lift. I’m using it to work on keeping my back straight at maximum weight. I do everything I can to keep my back straight and push my hips through, the only thing I think about is form when I’m doing these and it’s carrying over to my conventional deadlift well so far. For now I’ll keep alternating between barbell Deadlifts and TrapBar Deadlifts each deadlift workout until I no longer find them necessary.
