HOW TO: MAKE A PEACOCK! LOTS OF TECHNIQUES IN THIS ONE! INTERMEDIATE TUTORIAL

After calling in sick on YouTube for a bit I did a lot of research and wanted to do something as epic as my Seahorse I did a while back....
