CHRISTAFARI - Alpha and Omega (Official Music Video) 20 Nations in 1 year [Feat. Jah Pickney]

Help bring the Gospel to the world: As we look back at what we’ve seen the Lord do over the last year, we are amazed at the sheer volume of concerts and number of decisions for Christ. It’s hard to believe that in just 12 months, we will have visited over 20 nations! God is so faithful! Last November, we were in Guatemala. As we tested out the new songs from our Day of the Lord album with the audiences night after night, one song resonated with everyone (whether they spoke English or Spanish). It quickly became apparent that we needed to do a music video for Alpha and Omega, and we needed to do it fast! The concept was simple; the promoter had lent us a jeep for the tour, so we would drive it from show to show and feature Central America. But then, when we got to Argentina, the song blew up as well, so we figured, why not include South America in the mix? And we couldn’t feature South America without highlighting Brazil and Bolivia. And then Israel… And then the Caribbean… And then North America, Africa, etc… You get the idea. Much to the chagrin of our director, the video kept being extended. What was supposed to be a quick turnaround took a year to finish. And it sure was a challenge to encapsulate this wild year in just five minutes! If it seems like a lot, that’s because it is! You may have to watch it a few times before it’s soaks in. There’s so much going on! That’s kind of how we’ve felt over the last year as we’ve been whipped through this roller coaster that is faith-based musicianary life. On one flight while returning from Brazil, we shared the plane with the band Alice In Chains. I’ll never forget their bassist shouting to the rest of his band, “Hey, that’s Christafari; they travel harder than any other band in the world!” I’m not sure if this is the case, but after watching this video, it sure feels like it. We truly are blessed to be able not just to travel and visit these incredible places, but to have such a great platform to preach the Gospel freely night after night, reaching as many as possible with the good news of Jesus Christ. But it’s not about numbers. What really matters isn’t the amount of countries visited; it’s the individual souls being saved; it’s the angels in Heaven rejoicing over the repentance of even one sinner!
