A little about the painting process: I lightly outlined the composition with a watercolor pencil before painting; it helps me not lose the main form of flowers. I start with a lighter wash because it’s easier to go deeper in color next. I use pre-mixed pale green paint for the stems of the flowers. The painting skill from real life provides us an excellent opportunity to learn to see the colors and mix their shades. Since not all colors are available for some purpose and goals, mixing them properly is crucial to a good painting result.
