NIKON P1000 - ZOOMING THE SUN!

Zooming in on the sun and filming those sun spots with the Nikon P1000 Why is it black and white? I’m using a solar filter to film the sun which blocks 99.9% of light entering the camera they look like mirrors and make the footage look black and white. How much is the camera? £1000
