It does this by example of a substitute teacher who does not drink, who speaks with her class about an “alcohol project“ they have to do. It begins with an animated history of alcohol including how alcohol is made and how different cultures consume it. This is followed by discussions between the teacher and her students on what type of people drink, interjected with her own experiences being pressured to drink at parties and refusing.
