Ukraine strikes Russian Black Sea fleet HQ

One serviceman is missing after Ukraine carried out a missile strike on the main headquarters of Russia’s Black Sea fleet in Crimea, the Russian defence ministry said. Sevastopol residents said they heard explosions in the skies and saw smoke, Russian news outlets reported. Firefighters are reportedly battling the blaze with more emergency forces being brought in.
