Women at War: Ukrainian women join army to fight insurgents in east Ukraine

Many have left their homes, families and relatives to take part in a war against Kremlin-backed insurgents in eastern Ukraine. Following Russia’s annexation of Ukraine’s Crimea in March and subsequent invasion of country’s Luhansk and Donetsk regions, almost 500,000 Ukrainians have been displaced.
