What goes behind an international latin dancer | NYDF 2022 | Studio Work - Solo Training

I remember, right from the beginning of my short dancing career, putting the work in, from group classes, to private lessons, to solo trainings.. there was no secret to success: put the work in 100% or go home. These solo trainings, were the ones, the ones you’d spent the most time on (when I mean solo training, I mean, either just with yourself, or with your dance partner, no group class or private lessons), these thousands of hours of solo training, were the ones where you could feel yourself, dig in your emotions and soul, understanding and knowing your inner self better, composing with the flow of music.. to then be able to shine on the dancefloor.. A better understanding of yourself, being present in the moment, feel yourself, deep, would allow you to brighten your dance once out there.
