This song is dedicated to city of Tula, wtich played major role in WW II. In 1941 despite great effort of wermacht, defenders of this city withstand offensive led by H. Guderian. Tula was center of heavy industry and was important for re-arming units by huge numbers of submachine guns, mainly famous PPSh and semi-automtic rifle SVT-40.
