材料:
3粒 伊面
400克/1把 菜心(切小段)
250克 鸡胸肉(切厚片)
100克 虾(去壳留尾)
2条 鱼饼(切片)
5辨 蒜头(去衣剁末)
1段 姜 (去衣切丝)
调味料:
1汤匙 酱油
1茶匙 黑酱油
1茶匙 蚝油
少许 盐
1碗(吃饭碗)水
4汤匙 油
准备功夫:
1. 烧热一锅水, 加入伊面煮软/1分钟,出锅过凉水,沥水待用
煮法:
1. 烧热锅,加1汤匙油待热
2. 加入虾,炒至变色,出锅待用
3. 同样的锅,加入3汤匙的油
4. 加入蒜头和姜,炒匀爆香
5. 下鸡胸肉,炒至变色
6. 加入鱼饼,拌炒片刻
7. 加入水,酱油,黑酱油,蚝油和盐,炒匀待滚调味
8. 加入伊面和菜心,炒匀盖上,焖1分钟
9. 起盖,加入虾,炒匀收水
10. 熄火出锅,趁热享用

Ingredients:
3 pc yee mee
400 g choy sum (cut)
250 g chicken breast (cut)
100 g prawn (remove shells)
2 pc fish cake (slice)
5 cloves garlic (peel off the skin, mince it)
1 pc ginger
Seasoning:
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
Some salt
1 bowl water
4 tbsp cooking oil
Preparations:
1. Heat the wok with water, add yee mee and cook for about 1 minute until softened, retrieve, rinse and set aside
Steps:
1. Heat the wok with 1 tbsp cooking oil
2. Add prawns, stir fry until cooked, retrieve and set aside
3. Continue using the same wok, add 3 tbsp cooking oil and heat
4. Add garlic and ginger, saute
5 Add chicken breast meat, fry until it is cooked
6. Add fish cake, fry evenly
7. Add water, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt, fry evenly and season
8. Add yee mee & choy sum, fry evenly, cover with a lid, simmer for 1 minute
9. Lift the lid, add prawns, fry evenly until the water starts drying up
10. Turn off the gas, it’s done!
