Bad Conservative Actors BLAME ’WOKE’ Hollywood for their FAILED Careers

Hollywood started off as an industry that was firmly in bed with conservative corporations and the US government. In the late 1960s, and early 1970s, new young film makers and creatives like Martin Scorsese, Brian De Palma, Oliver Stone, Steven Spielberg, George Lucas and Francis Ford Coppola ushered in a new era of Hollywood. Films emerged that would challenge the status quo and comment on the failures of the American system and its overseas and domestic politics. This firmly shifted Hollywood away from its conservative roots, with the likes of conservative actors like John Wayne, Jimmy Stewart and Ronald Reagan also being replaced by younger liberal actors. However, Conservative actors and film makers have still always had a place in Hollywood. Clint Eastwood and Mel Gibson have been nominated for multiple Oscars for acting and directing, while others like James Woods, Gary Sinese and Vince Vaughn have also had successful careers in liberal Hollywood.
