HIIT BOOTY BOOTCAMP// Butt Workout + Glute Activation 🍑

Visit: Ok team - Three circuits to get through in today’s HIIT Booty Bootcamp. We are getting in a solid leg and butt workout but first we will be running through some glute activation exercises to warm things up! You will need a mini band and a heavy dumbbell for today’s workout. (I’m using a 25lb dumbbell in this one)This is going to be gooooood - Follow along! Circuit 1: Glute Activation / Warm Up (30on/10off x1) Circuit 2: HIIT Strength / build lean muscle (30on/20off x3) Circuit 3: Power / improve endurance agility (20on/10 off x2) *Stick around for a quick stretch!
