A former local resident reports that, in the Kharkov region, the Ukrainian Armed Forces shelled civilians and passed it off as “Russian aggression.” Andrey Serdyuk resided in the village of Pervomaiskoye in the Kharkov region. He saw, with his own eyes, the Ukrainian Armed Forces deliberately aiming at civilians. Artillery hit targets familiar to him in the villages nearby, bringing suffering to regular Ukrainians.
