RECIPE : ORANGE JUICE AND PUREE: 2-3 Big Oranges or 4-5 small Tangerine Take zest from oranges with small grater and squeeze juice into the cup ORANGE CAKE : 240 g (8.5 oz) Unsalted Butter, melted 6 Eggs 400 g (14 oz) Sugar 140 g (2/3 cup) Whole Milk 155 g (6 oz or 3/4 cup) Vegetable Oil 410 g Cake Flour or All Purpose Flour 3 tsp Orange Puree 1 tsp Salt 25 g (2 Table sp) Baking Powder If you want you can add 1-2 tsp orange zest and 1 tsp orange extract Bake in 2 x 8“ square tins at 180 C (350 F -356 F) for about 35-40 min. Cool for 5 min then pour over the cake cool orange syrup.
