As a child he was inspired by watching his cousin play the drums and piano and as a result began to learn the former at nine years of age. During his early teenage years he diversified this interest by picking up both the piano and the guitar. More recently, Arden Forest has been experimenting with various genres, playing in touring bands and composing on a freelance basis. Today, he resides in Gothenburg where he composes music on his grandparents’ old Schimmel piano.
