Profile In Blue: Larry Johnson

A look at legendary blues guitarist Larry Johnson, featuring performance footage from fabled Atlanta blues joint Blind Willie’s. Johnson, who was born in Atlanta, Georgia, was a protege of the Reverend Gary Davis. Johnson’s first single release was “Catfish Blues“ / “So Sweet“ (1962).
