The Waterboys - Fisherman’s Blues (Video ReMake) (1986) (HD) First thing to say is, while the Waterboys were/ are one of the best live bands of all time and can’t be faulted on their live performances, then reason for this video is quite simple really... As a big fan of theirs I always found it sad that they didn’t do many actual promo videos for their songs (they always preferred doing things live). Problem with that is there has never really been any videos to go with the studio recorded versions of their tracks which as you can probably gather from the videos on this channel is a big thing for me... So here’s a wee video I cobbled together taking one of their live performances and re-doing it to fit the studio recorded version of the song... :-) It’s The Waterboys & one of my favourites “Fisherman’s Blues“ from 1986... :-) Cleaned Up, Sharpened Up, Re-Edited and ReDubbed with the crisp clean studio recorded audio track... enjoy... :-) PS: In case anyone is wanting to know the footage is from a live performance they did on the 80’s UK TV show “The Tube“...
